***Registration to participate in the Nature Pen Pal Exchange for Winter 2023 is now OPEN!***
Winter registration opens November 1st, 2023 and will end on November 30th to ensure ample time to pair everyone up. You will need to fill out the NPPE Registration Form below to register your family or nature group. Upon submitting your registration form, you will be redirected to our payment gateway to complete your registration. Once redirected, you will need to add to your cart the Family Winter 2023 NPPE or the Nature Group Winter 2023 NPPE if you are registering your group instead of just your family and then checkout to complete your family or group’s registration.
The family fee to participate in this winter exchange is $20 and for nature groups, the fee to participate is $60.
Within a few weeks after registering your family or group, you will receive an email telling who your family/group is paired up with (your nature pen pals), where they’re from, and the ages of their children. This can be helpful in knowing how you can compile your materials.
The start date for our winter exchange will be on December 21st and will end on February 15th which gives your family 8 weeks to collect your nature items for your pals. All exchanges will need to be mailed to your nature pen pals by or before the week of February 19th.
